Creating and
Delivering a Dynamic Investment Presentation
Investors may
see hundreds of business plans each month, but they only make
time to see a handful of entrepreneurs and hear their
presentation. For this reason, delivering a succinct and
compelling presentation is one of the most critical components
in being able to successfully raise funds.
This morning
program will be lead by two local experts who have counseled
countless entrepreneurs regarding their presentations and
plans. The session will be packed with examples from Spoken
Impact's library of investment presentations as well as a video
of an actual presentation.
Essential
Elements of an Investor Presentation, Business Plan and Business
- Matt Noah, CEO, NetSuds.com, Inc. - Matt will
cover the importance of a solid management team, a
differentiable technical or market position, a large addressable
market size and a convincing "go to market" sales strategy. You
will learn the relative importance of these factors and how to
explain to investors how each of these elements fit in to a
cohesive, understandable plan with a convincing exit strategy
for investors.
Essential
Presentation Skills for a Winning Investor Presentation -
Joan Moser, CEO, Spoken Impact.
- Joan will cover how to take the
essential elements discussed in the first session and create an
exciting, convincing presentation that will have investors
lining up to fund your venture. Numerous case studies will be
presented on pitches that have worked and those that have not
and why. Common mistakes made by entrepreneurs will be pointed
out and replaced by winning recipes for successful fundraising
presentations. Included will be a video of a ten-minute
presentation that was successful in raising funds.
Attendees responded very
positively to Spoken Impact's Investment Presentation workshop.
We would definitely have Spoken Impact back to conduct the
program again.

Innovation
Spoken Impact gave
a very insightful presentation to our group of CEOs and CFOs.
They provided numerous helpful hints for powerful, concise and
meaningful pitches and power point presentations. All
too often, presentations are missed opportunities Spoken
Impact is the missing link for entrepreneurs to tell their
story so that it is heard!.
