Pat recently formed Symmetry Growth Capital.  He remains a General Partner at St. Paul VC, a firm he started in 1988 and grew until it became one of the world's leading and largest venture capital firms.  SPVC focuses on communications, software and healthcare investments.  His portfolio boasts many successful companies including Sylvan Learning Systems and Select Comfort. Pat also serves on the National Venture Capital Association’s board of directors.  He holds a BS in business from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
