Seleriti Corporation, based in Minneapolis, is an Application Service Provider (ASP) for Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) solutions. Seleriti provides OFX/IFX-compliant business-to-business and business-to-consumer billing applications to small and mid-size utilities, telecommunication companies, ISPs, and other recurring billing companies. Cyberoom is an application software platform which delivers to hotel guests high speed internet access, along with information, content and entertainment ("ICE") and allows for e-tailing and interactive advertising. Cyberoom's platform can be delivered to the guest room via a lap top or in-room web appliance. Cyberoom is a product (actually a LOB) of Integrated Network Technologies Inc more commonly referred to as INTxx. INTxx employs more that 50 and has raised $9M in equity and dept and is looking to fund a mezzanine round of $15-20M to roll-out Cyberoom.
