Cyberoom is an application software platform which delivers to hotel guests high speed internet access, along with information, content and entertainment ("ICE") and allows for e-tailing and interactive advertising. Cyberoom's platform can be delivered to the guest room via a lap top or in-room web appliance. Cyberoom is a product (actually a LOB) of Integrated Network Technologies Inc more commonly referred to as INTxx. INTxx employs more that 50 and has raised $9M in equity and dept and is looking to fund a mezzanine round of $15-20M to roll-out Cyberoom.
